I noticed that when you post a comment and are curious of who "tipped" it what you see is "recommended by", it's not a recommend it is a tip. You want to see your recommends look directly to the right of the page it states clearly "Diary Recommended By". It's very deceiving. Some people "tip" comments and hate the post.
